ACE Varilinear Singeing Burner for the Textile Industry

 

The ACE VARILINEAR Singeing burner has been specifically designed for use in the textile industry, after being contacted by our customers Ace developed a burner which is simple to use, infinitely controllable, and extremely reliable. Some of the key benefits of the Ace design include:

• Variable flame height and width adjustment by means of simple alteration of the speed controllers on the burner panel.
• Automatic ignition and flame safeguard detection built into the safety features on the burner control panel
• Added features are available to integrate the flame height and width to be controlled through a PLC system
• Burners over 3 metres working width have water cooling as standard
• Purpose made burner systems to suit individual applications
• Regularity of flame throughout the burner length
