The ACE PMB Burner system utilises the latest in speed control technology to modulate combustion air and fuel for extremely acurate repeatablility. Another benifit of this system is that with very few moving parts, unlike older systems linkage hysterisis etc. doesn't factor

Technical Description

Integrated gas-air system with high power density based on DUNGS zero pressure multiple actuator GB-ND 055 001 to EN 126 for modulating or multi-stage mode:

• (1) Pneumatic integrated system comprising of zero pressure mode and integrated signal gain Modulation range up to 1: 10
• (2) Breaks up flow pattern and reduces resonance
• (3) Offset correction of gas/air ratio at servo regulator
• (4) Limits maximum flow by restricting at low hysteresis
• (5) Injector requires no replacement on change to different gas families
• (6) Inlet pressure up to max. 65 mbar
• (7) Implemented by adapting system components and optimising to specific application and design requirements
• (8) Versions with valve on left or right available
